The Beginning
My career history is vast and varied. I have a 35-year history in PR, both in big PR agencies in London and having my own agency for 15 years.
In 2016, I gave up the fast-paced full time PR world and went freelance now just working with a handful of lovely clients. It was then that I found Kinesiology, a unique way of communicating with the body to navigate symptoms and the root cause. It is a fascinating treatment and after my first session I was blown away with the results that I went on to train completing my Foundation and Practitioner levels. I then went on to train in additional modalities to be able to offer clients a range of treatments.
Along the way I am also Forest School trained and host Holistic Holidays in Ibiza every year.
I first experienced The Nuttery when I was asked to offer massage in the amazing Bell Tent in 2025 by Michelle (Natures Goods). The space here is so special and treating here just enhances the calming affects. I now own the business and have a vision to offer a host of treatments and events in the heart of the community with the added benefit of delicious food, great coffee in a calming environment.
